What types of properties do you manage?

We manage a range of property types including apartments, houses, HMOs, and outbuilding annexes. Whether it’s a modern city flat or a large detached home, we tailor each space for short-lets, co-living, or serviced accommodation.

What kind of stays do you offer?

We cater to short, mid, and long-term stays, including daily, weekly, and monthly bookings, relocation stays, holiday & staycation stays, as well as co-living accommodations for working professionals and contractors.

How do you partner with landlords for short-let rentals?

We offer landlords a fully hands-free partnership. You lease the property to us under a guaranteed rent or flexible management model, and we handle everything — from setup, furnishing, guest bookings, and 24/7 guest management, to cleaning and maintenance.

How do contractor stays and check-ins work?

We regularly accommodate contractors working on local projects who need flexible, reliable housing near their job sites. We offer easy self check-in with smart locks or key safes, allowing teams to arrive at any hour. Stays can be booked by the night, week, or month, and we’re happy to arrange group bookings, multiple rooms, and extended stays with housekeeping included.

Do you renovate or furnish properties before listing?

Yes. We renovate, design, and furnish properties to hotel-like standards at no upfront cost to landlords under our lease model. We also offer before and after visuals so you can see the transformation and added value.

How is the damage deposit collected and returned?

Guests pay a damage deposit before check-in. It’s held securely and returned after a post-stay inspection, minus any deductions for damages or rule breaches. Deposits are typically refunded within 3–10 working days.

Who are your typical guests or tenants?

Our guests include professionals on work trips, contractors on projects, remote workers, families on staycations, people in-between homes, and international relocators. Our co-living tenants are usually vetted working professionals seeking quality, flexible housing.

How do you screen guests and prevent misuse?

All guests are pre-screened with ID verification, deposit collection, and agreement to our house rules. We use smart locks, security tech, and guest monitoring tools to maintain safety and prevent unauthorised activity.
