We handle everything from listing creation, pricing, guest communication, and check-ins to cleaning, maintenance, and performance reporting—giving you a truly hands-off experience.

While we don’t guarantee fixed income under management, our dynamic pricing tools and proven marketing strategies are designed to maximise occupancy and revenue consistently across all seasons.

We list your property on top-performing platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO etc, and also drive bookings through our own direct channel—FlexStayHub.com.

We mainly host vetted professionals, contractors, and corporate clients staying for business or project work, ensuring high standards and fewer risks compared to leisure-only bookings.

We use professional cleaners and local contractors, all coordinated via our tech system. After every guest stay, the property is cleaned, inspected, and prepped for the next arrival.

None—unless you prefer it. We offer a fully hands-free service, but you’ll still have access to a secure portal to monitor performance, earnings, and reviews in real-time.

In most cases, we cover or heavily subsidise the initial setup (furnishing, photography, smart tech) depending on the property’s condition and agreement length. We’ll always clarify costs upfront.

All guests are ID-verified and vetted before confirmation. We also install smart security tools (noise sensors, keyless entry) and carry comprehensive insurance coverage where needed.
